At Golfizo, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Conditions
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may enter the logistics processing stage and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Important: The 24-hour cancellation window applies every day, including weekends and public holidays. We recommend submitting your cancellation request as soon as possible.
How to Cancel Your Order
To request a cancellation, please email us at contact@golfizo.com and include the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The reason for cancellation (optional, but appreciated)
We will send you an email confirmation once your request has been reviewed by our team.
Refund Timeframe
If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour cancellation window, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
Most refunds are processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Missed the Cancellation Window?
If more than 24 hours have passed since your order was placed, your order may already be in preparation or in transit. In this case:
- Cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
- You may still be eligible to return the item after delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for more information.
Please Note
Golfizo reserves the right to decline cancellation requests submitted after the 24-hour cancellation window, particularly where the order has already been prepared for dispatch or handed to the carrier.
