At Golfizo, we understand that your plans may change. If you need to cancel your order, please refer to our policy below:


Cancellation Conditions

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of your order being confirmed. After this period, your order will enter the logistical processing phase and can no longer be canceled.

Important: This 24-hour period applies even on weekends and public holidays. We recommend submitting your cancellation request as soon as possible.


How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel an order, please send us an email at contact@golfizo.com including the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)

We will send you an email to confirm the cancellation once your request has been reviewed by our team.


Refund Period

If your cancellation request is approved (made within 24 hours), we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used at checkout.

Most refunds are processed within 7 business days, although it may sometimes take a little longer depending on your bank's or credit card provider's processing times.


Missed the Cancellation Deadline?

If more than 24 hours have passed, your order is likely already being prepared or has been shipped. In this case:

  • Cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
  • You may still be eligible to return the item after delivery (please see our Refund Policy for more details).

Please Note:

Golfizo reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests made after the 24-hour deadline, especially if the item has already been prepared for shipment or handed over to the carrier.
